We, VecRep Technologies Pvt. Ltd., are registered at, Plot No. 57, Industrial Phase 1, CHANDIGARH 160002 INDIA hereinafter referred to as VecRep. At VecRep, we respect your privacy & value your trust. This Privacy Policy provides you with details about how your data is collected, stored & used by us. You are advised to read this policy carefully. After going through the below details, you expressly give us consent to use & disclose your personal information by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access the VecRep website. Note: Request you to kindly review the policy periodically since it can change without any prior notification. The privacy policy shall apply to the VecRep website.

INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

VR will not pass any personal details to Garages until a Booking is made. These details will be those provided by the User as part of the Booking consisting of name, address, contact phone number(s) and email address, and vehicle details. This is to enable the Garage to correctly identify you and the Booking and make contact to confirm. Should you wish for the Garage not to hold your details please ask the Garage to remove them from their files.
Any vehicle registration number entered onto the Website can be shared with garages
We hold all personal data by the data protection principles set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.
By making a booking over the Website you agree to VR providing you with reminders and offerings specific to you and your vehicle.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or cancel your registration and/ or terminate your access to VR Service and/ or our agreement with you if you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions or have made improper use of the VR Service or we have reason to believe that you may have breached these Terms and Conditions or made improper use of the VR Service. We may also terminate our agreement with you for convenience by giving not less than fourteen (14) days prior written notice to you. You may cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing. If you do so you must stop using the VR Service. The suspension, cancellation, or termination of your registration and your right to use the VR Service shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

The VR Service allows users (including Mechanics and Drivers) to create, edit, and submit material for inclusion or transmission via the VR Services, including (without limitation) creating Listings, posting Jobs, submitting Quotes for Jobs, posting Feedback, and sending notifications, sending job-cards/photos/videos/inspection reports (“User Content”). Whilst we do not seek to monitor or control the submission of User Content, we do reserve the right to delete, move, and edit any User Content submitted where (in our absolute discretion) we consider it prudent or necessary to do so. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the VR Service. You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit for inclusion on or transmission via the VR Service. You must ensure that all User Content you transmit via the VR Service is lawful and honest. In particular, you must not post or transmit via the VR Service any User Content that:

is fraudulent, dishonest, or misleading.
is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or breaches any laws.
encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations, or code of practice.
infringes the copyright or other rights of any third party.
is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses or other malicious software or harmful data).

By submitting User Content to us you are granting us a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, make available, and distribute the User Content on or through the VR Service to operate the VR Service.

PASSWORDS AND SECURITY

If you are registering as a driver/rider then you will be asked either to sign up/login to your account to use the VR services or if you register as a mechanic/garage then you will be asked to provide a valid and current email address and phone number. You will then be receiving a unique ID & password (“ID”) to activate and access your account and use VR Service. You must keep your ID confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone outside your business or organization. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of your ID. If you believe there has been a breach of security such as the disclosure, theft, or unauthorized use of your ID, you must notify us immediately. If we reasonably believe that your ID is being used in any way that is not permitted by these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend access rights immediately on giving notice to you and to block access from your ID until the issues have been resolved.

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated earnings, or loss of data or for any indirect or consequential losses howsoever arising out of your use of VR Service or any fault or problem relating to the VR Service or any content received via the VR Service. If we are found to have any liability to you under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or relating to the VR Services more generally, whether, under contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, our total aggregate liability to you shall not, in respect of any and all. Nothing in these terms of use shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

PROCESSING AND TECHNOLOGY ISSUES

In the event of errors in processing Website downtime or any other errors or delays caused to the Website or Bookings as a result of unforeseen technical difficulties associated with servers, data hosting center, internet service provider, or any other reason, VR reserves the right to take such action as it considers necessary about the Website.

The VR platform includes areas where you are requested to input information about yourself. Any information you submit to us shall be subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We use cookies on our website. By registering use you are consenting to our use of cookies.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use, access to, and use of the Website and the terms of any disclaimer of warranties and liability are governed by and construed by Indian Law and any provision of these terms which is void or unenforceable may be severed from these Terms of Use without affecting the enforceability of other provisions. *Additional Cost may incur* The prices shown while booking a garage are just estimates, final prices will be quoted in the job card after proper inspection by our partner garages and will be send for your approval, the work you approve will be done.
